     Weight loss can help with a lot of health problems.  I personally have lost 62lbs .  Before I started on the products I was severely over weight, tired all the time, I had problems concentrating and sleeping, I couldn't even see my feet without leaning forward, I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and I was just diagnosed with diabetes.      

     Since I've been on the products I sleep good now and can think clearly again, except for those so called senior moments, my blood pressure is normal, my blood sugar is normal, and my cholesterol is going down.  I also have an abundance of energy, even my husband noticed the difference and that says a lot.  I still have some weight to go but I don't have a problem losing that now.
