How quickly will I see results?

Everybody is individual and results vary from person to person. However you will lose 7 to 14 lbs within 4 weeks-but you wil probably lose inches before lbs.

Will I be hungry between meals?

 No, hunger tends to be caused by not having enough protein in your diet. By adding protein powder to your individual needs you will find the shake will fill you up.

Can I blend it with milk?

We usually recommend not blending it with milk. The only reason for this is that a proportion of US populaton is lactose intolerent and might have problems digesting cows milk. If you have no problems with milk then you can blend it with skimmed, non fat milk. 

Alternatively, Formular 1 tastes great with Soy milk. We have a variety of different recipes, so that you can always enjoy your shake.

How do I gain weight?

Keep eating as you normally do and then ..... take three times a day after meals Formula 1. Blend it with non fat -or soy milk to make a delicious shake.....You can also use Formula 1 Instant which you blend with water.
