As part of marketing your Herbalife business, it’s really important that you’re building a customer list and then marketing to that list on a consistent basis. One of the best ways to do this is through a customer newsletter. You want one one which allows you to create autoresponders to automatically follow-up with your customers and prospective customers.

We’re proud to announce we’ve just “re-launched” the new HNN Newsletter feature. This works in conjunction with a your personal aweber account and allows you to build a customer list and send them a nicely formatted newsletter to your customers anytime you’d like.

Here’s a brief overview of setting the feature up. In the coming weeks we’ll be showing you how to create a newsletter and send out, and then also how you can create your own automatic sequence of emails.

Don’t have an aweber account? You can sign up here for just $1.

Rather keep things simple? Don’t worry, we also offer the ‘HNN Managed’ Newsletter which is available for you at no additional charge.

It has recently come to our attention that there is a virus spreading around Facebook that impersonates your friends and encourage you to order “HGC Ultra” weightloss product.

The facebook virus then takes you to a website located outside of the United States and then allows you to order. Unfortunately, the product and website are a scam, and the product will not be delivered.

In addition, this company will send you an email confirmation with the email address “[email protected]” as their email address. This company is illegally using one of our domain names as their “reply to” address. Since they are located outside of the USA (we’ve heard conflicting reports, but they are either hosted in Russia or China), it’s almost impossible to get them to stop.

Unfortunately “herbal-nutrition.com” is a domain name that we own, and people who search for that domain wind up on the website of The Herbal Nutrition Network and assume that somehow we are the ones who scammed them.  HNN is a directory of Herbalife distributors and does not sell HGC Ultra, and we certainly don’t scam anyone!

Been scammed by HGC Ultra? Here’s what to do:

  1. Stay calm. It’s relatively easy to get your credit card to refund the money.
  2. Please don’t spread misinformation about Herbal-Nutrition.Net – We are not the company who scammed you.
  3. Personally, I’d break off all communication with the scammers. The less of your personal info you give them, the better.
  4. Contact your credit card company and request to file a “chargeback”. Keep in mind that the company name on your statement and the amount charged may be different than what you asssume it will be.
  5. Have your credit card company reissue you a new card with a different number. This is kind of a pain, but will make sure your card isn’t charged again without your authorization.
  6. Stay vigilant. Since the scammers have your email address, it’s very likely they will try to scam you again.

Herbalife announced a 2% price increase for the US and Canada effective March 6, and the new prices have been posted on the HNN websites.

On Friday, March 2, HNN will update the databases to remain in compliance with Herbalife’s price advertising rules. According to this requirement, customers must have an access code in order to view prices or to purchase products. The HNN team has worked with several other countries that have this rule in place, and we’ll help you to make the transition. Members can learn more about using the access codes on their site in the Member’s area under Help. Open the .pdf file and scroll down just a bit to the section on Access Codes. If you have specific questions about the requirement, please contact Herbalife’s Distributor Services group or your immediate upline sponsor.

The HNN team has included for Canada the French translation for Herbalife’s line of products.
