In December of 2007 Debby reached her weight loss goal of 40 pounds and as of June 2008 has maintained this weight loss. Wearing a size 8/10 after wearing 16/18 most of her life was only a dream at the beginning of 2007.

Les has gone from a size 38/40 waist to a 36 waist and has reduced his cholestoral levels.
