Before Herbalife, Alastair was a success small business owner and a professional web developer. However, years of skipping breakfast and eating out had caused his weight to balloon to 200 lbs and his waist to get up to a size 40 pants.  

"I remember being so fatigued from my weight that I would have to take naps halfway through the day to make it through.  I worked late in the evening, so on my way home I would grab food from my favorite late night fast food places."

After joining a local Weight Loss Challenge with his wife, Alastair was able to lose 5 lbs the first week, and 17 lbs in the 12 week challenge.  The amazing part is that he went from a size 40 waist to a size 34 in the first three months.

Fast forward to today, Alastair is down 31 lbs and is fitting comfortably in size 30 pants.  His energy has exploded, and he is now a wellness coach helping others to achieve the same goals. 

Wendy was the director of a private school in Plano. One day while she was at lunch, a lady came by asking to display a flyer advertising a weight loss competition on the door of the school. Once Wendy returned, she couldn’t fulfill the request – but accidentally put the paper in a stack of files she was taking home. Once Wendy got home, she saw the flyer and gave it to her husband Alastair. It just happens that they had unsuccessfully tried several different methods to lose weight since before their wedding the previous September. Alastair was skeptical, but agreed to go with Wendy to the first competition meeting.

Shortly thereafter, Wendy purchased the products to get completely on a program. By the end of the 12 week competition, Wendy had lost 15 lbs and over 40 inches from her arms, waist, thighs, and legs.

After losing all of her weight, Wendy and her husband were blessed with a pregnancy. Wendy was able to stay on the Herbalife products throughout the entire pregnancy. She has now lost 70 lbs. since the pregnancy using the Herbalife products. Her and her husband have a healthy, baby boy who loves drinking the shakes!
