I feel like Herbalife Chose me. I was going though a rough time and I knew I needed a change.

On July 12 2013 my mother had a massive heart attack and  as I sat in her room going our family history and hearing how my great grandmother, Grandmother and Mother have/had heart disease I realized that if I didn't change I too will be next I needed to change my way of eating. On October 28th I started a bootcamp where I learned how to workout better, eat better, and use great nutrition. In 3months  I have managed to lose 12lb and a whole pants size. I had to take two months off because my husband had surgery and I have bounced right back by maintainng my weight and losing two pants sizes, Although I have much more to go I already have more confidence than ever, my self esteem has boosted and I have so much energy. On November 16th I joined the Herbalife family and became a Herbalife Independent Distributor because my passion is to help other reach their goals and to feel great about themselves. I finally have found a better way of losing weight, adding muscle all by giving my body the protein it needs.
