Where to start! My love of fitness started when I was just 13, when being bullied at school led to me taking up martial arts, and the obsession began there! Over fifteen years later I have studied over ten different styles of martial arts, including four of these at a professional level. 

I have studied styles from all over the globe, and often use these as a base for when I teach womens bootcamp - as the moves produce amazing results! As part of my training I have competed in many tournaments and European Championships and been a gold medalist several years running. I have also taken part in a boxing match as the main card fighter in front of over 3000 people at the Troxy in London! I have taught bootcamp and self defence classes to women, as well as boxing and kickboxing classes for fitness, and for fun of course!

As a model it is essential I keep myself in peak physical condition, not only to look good but to feel good as well. I have spent years studying different diets, and finding nothing that is not only maintainable but healthy as well with no bad side effects. No one wants to feel like they are on a diet so I have created fitness and diet plans which include lots of tasty treats and things you enjoy as well!

Finding Herbalife was a godsend to me, as it gave me something I could use on the go when my lifestyle is too demanding to find a healthy meal. I would often end up eating McDonalds as by the time I finished filming or a shoot I was so starved I would pig out! So the shakes and bars have really made a difference to staying healthy on the go.

My hectic lifestyle and a series of stomach operations caused me to pile on a few pounds, I was never bigger than a size 8 but I became too curvy to continue work as a model and it did not suit my tiny frame. It has taken me two years to find a fitness and diet routine that works for me and now at 29 I am in the same shape I was when I was 18, and I am looking better than ever before thanks to the workouts I have developed for myself, whilst incorporating Herbalife products into my diet! I now wish to share what I have found with women everywhere so they can achieve the same results and have shrunk down to a size 4 whilst still enjoying foods I love!

I realise that not even models can look good 24/7, life gets in the way and despite our best attempts we cannot be 'perfect' all of the time. From a demanding job to a demanding family and household, women don't have it easy trying to look and feel great all of the time as well in fact we often put ourselves last on the list of things to do!

Whenever I have a bad week where events and appearances mean a naughty dinner out every evening and too much champagne, just a few days on Herbalife shakes and eating clean always drops a few pounds and has my stomach looking flat enough for the bikini shoots again!

If I have an especially big shoot coming up I know that I can use Herbalife to drop 2lbs a week in a healthy way - no excessive weight loss or water weight as many quick fixes are, so I can allow myself a few extra treats in between shoots! It really is perfect for not only a healthy lifestyle but also for quick shape ups when you need to get into your favourite jeans or party dress!

Firsty I am using the word diet here in the sense that it is your diet - it is what you eat. You are not on a 'diet' they are not fun and they are not maintainable! Look at any diet you have ever been on, or friends who have said they are on a diet, chances are they piled the pounds straight back on and maybe then some more, after feeling so deprived of food.

The best diet is the one that works best with your lifestyle, your budget, your food preferences and how much effort you’re willing to give. Create a new diet which you can live by, without omiting the tasty treats you love - we will teach you how to enjoy them in moderation so you don't have to give anything up. As even the best of us will break if deprived of something we love!

The 3 key elements in any weightloss plan are

• HIGH PROTEIN
• HIGH FIBRE
• LOW CARB

Note low carb not no carb, carbs are essential for busy lifestyles especially when training hard as well! We've all seen the adverse effects of Atkins - it isn't pretty!
