My life changed in 2009 when I was made redundant, going through a job loss that affects not only you but also your family is one of the hardest things I have experienced in life.  It is soul destroying and I didn't realise how much it had affected me until I was faced with another redundancy in 2011.  On January 1st, 2011 while everyone was celebrating the New Year it suddenly hit me, I was once again going to be without a job, where was I going to find the money to pay the rent, feed my children and pay all the bills.  I hit rock bottom one more time!  Didn't want to speak to anyone, was always emotional and very negative.  

Then one evening I decided it was time to pull myself together and start fighting for my future and my families future.  Friends of mine in South Africa had previously introduced me to Herbalife and I had been on the products for a couple of months when I lost my job.  At that time I saw Herbalife as a luxury and I couldn't afford the products, I stopped!  What I didn't realise was that it wasn't a luxury.  I needed Herbalife for so many reasons.  In January this year I decided to get back on the products mainly because I wanted to loose weight and make some extra money.  What I didn't realise was how these products were going to make me feel.

Within the first few days I became a completely different person and I continue to feel that way!  I have so much energy that sometimes I don't know what to do with it.  I feel healthy and have already lost weight.  I have a long way to go to reach my goal but I am confident that later this year I will have my own before and after photos on this site.  The negativity has all gone and I am able to find a positive about everything.  Life is about living and that is what I have chosen to do.  I have lost 23kgs (50.71lbs) and still loosing!
