Get Better Sleep
Science has shown that having a TV or computer in your bedroom interferes with sleep. Even when they are turned off, they emit a negative sound and disrupt sleep and energy levels. Bedrooms should be a place of peaceful retreat to support quality sleep. Maybe this is one of the reasons I have such a hard time sleeping and not feeling rested. What about you?

Find time to exercise
If you find it difficult to exercise for 30-minutes or more each day, just do five or ten minutes. Often you'll find it difficult to quit once you get started.
